Iva began studying the harp at the age of 8 in the class of Professor Staša Grujić, later graduating with her Bachelor’s degree from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Early on, she won several first prizes at youth music competitions across Europe. She has attended masterclasses and workshops with renowned harpists including Milda Agazarian, Remy van Kesteren, Ieuan Jones, Alexander Boldachev, Natalie Chatelain, Marielle Nordmann, Karen Vaughan, Mercedes Gomez Benet, Şirin Pancaroğlu, Frank Sternefeld, Emanuela Degli Esposti, Irina Zingg, Olga Shevelevich, Mirjam Schröder, Paivi Severeide, Silke Aichhorn, and others.

Iva is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree in Harp Performance and Chamber Music at the Tartini Conservatory in Trieste, Italy, under Professor Nicoletta Sanzin.

During this time, she has frequently performed as a soloist and in chamber ensembles, participating in several concert seasons and consistently receiving outstanding feedback. She was also honored to perform a solo concert at the Belgrade Harp Festival in 2022, among other festivals.
