Seminar – Clelia Gatti-Aldrovandi
Clelia Gatti Aldrovandi (Mantua, 30 May 1901 – Rome, 12 March 1989) was an Italian harpist. Born into a family of musicians, she began playing the harp at the age of nine. She studied at the Istituto Musicale della Città di Torino. She was first harpist at the Teatro Regio in Turin from 1919 to 1921. From then on, she began an intense concert activity all over the world. From 1983 until her death she was an academician at Santa Cecilia.
